Please join us Thursdays for the Morning Women's Group Ride – 9:00 am @ Bike Depot/Waxhaw. This will be a “No-Drop” Group Ride. Suggested Pace: 15mph +/-, distance: 15-20 mi +/-. This is a show and go ride so please stop by and enjoy.

Alan Teeling

Even as a 9-year-old careening through his Ireland hometown, Alan "Teelo" Teeling dreamed of opening up his own bike shop. Today, as owner of Bike Depot, he and his staff emphasize the communal aspect of biking, even installing a complimentary coffee bar designed to inspire chatter among customers.

Steve is a regular leader of our group rides and assists with sales. Steve is an avid cyclist in all disciplines and applies his fitness acumen to other sports such as soccer and adventure racing.

What do you carry?

We are a fully independent bike shop situated south of Charlotte in beautiful historic Waxhaw.
We primarily carry Felt, Pinarello, Jamis and Focus brands and stock a great selection of Hybrids, Mountain, Cruisers, Road & Tri bikes. We also have a large selection of used and consigned bikes. There is something for everyone in the family and we can order many other brands on demand. Stop on by, we love to chat.

What are Bike Depot's hours?

We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am - 5:30pm and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Sometimes your events have a section called "TICKETS". Does this mean that we have to buy a ticket to participate?

Not always! Most of the time, our events are free admission, but it is very helpful for us to have an idea of attendance and so we provide free tickets with an RSVP. It's not absolutely mandatory, but it is appreciated.
